FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS : Answered
How long will it take to complete my project?
Each project requires different time considerations. When discussing your creative needs, let us know your time constraints. We'll use that as a firm limit as we develop your timeline to conceive, write, rewrite, and revise your copy. We pride ourselves on meeting any reasonable deadline and won't commit to a project unless we know we can deliver it when promised.

What about revisions?

All projects include two rounds of revisions (assuming the project direction does not change). Additional revisions will be billed separately.

How does a typical project unfold?

Initial Consultation
-
If you're a new client, we'll gather background materials about your company, industry, and client base, in an effort to understand the most appropriate voice and style for your project. Tell us about any deadlines that need to be met, especially if this is a rush order.
Proposal
-
Next, we'll submit a detailed price quotation and project timeline with complete terms of our working arrangement, usually within 24 hours of our initial consultation. Work will not start until we agree on the terms.

Development
-
We'll spend the next period of time conceiving and developing your project, working and reworking a concept until it's absolutely perfect.

Final Product
-
We'll work with you until you're 100% pleased with your finished product. We handle revisions on a priority basis and frequently turn them around in a day or two.

How much will my project cost?
Each project is unique and requires independent cost considerations, however, we have a rate sheet for common services and can curate custom services upon demand and availability.
For new clients, we require a 50% prepayment before beginning work on your project, with the balance due on completion.
